I'm using Adobe Acrobat X Pro (10.1.13).  My client can print a single pdf I send to them, but when I combine a couple pdfs (that I have made using Adobe) into one pdf, he cannot print that combined pdf?  How can I help him solve the problem or is it on my end?

    Hi WTK,

Are you able to print the combined file yourself? What happens when your client tries to print the combined PDF? Does he get an error, or does the file just never print?

What is your client using to print the file? Does he have Reader or Acrobat (or a third-party PDF viewer)? And what version of that viewer is he using?

I think we can get to the bottom of this, but we need a bit more information.

    Best,
