O meu computador sofreu uma avaria fatal. Adquiri um novo computador HP Pavillion IP 85.247.178.97. Preciso de download dos elementos necessários para continuar a usufruir da minha assinatura. Pagamento continuará por débito directo. o meu email é o mesmo. Agradeço resposta. Atónio TrigodeSousa

Hi All,

Export PDF is a part of Document Cloud PDF services which can be accessed either online or through desktop application Adobe Reader DC.

Follow the steps mentioned below, to activate the subscription on new computer -

1- As Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

2- Or you can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat  Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.

4- For detailed description of how to use the Export PDF service, you may refer to- Using Adobe Export PDF

You may refer to the following link for any troubleshooting: Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Let us know if it still doesn't work.

    Hola! Sí! Tienes que checar en tu cuenta el dispositivo que está en uso...

    Que será tu equipo anterior... Entonces lo eliminas y luego reinicias tu

    equipo... Buscas en la barta de búsqueda en el equipo el adobe que tienes,

    en mi caso fue adobe crative Photography cloud y descargas...
