my conversion to excel failed

I was converting a pdf to excel. It was working trying to covert it, and then after several minutes, it said conversion failed. I tried this 3 separate times.

Can you help?

    Hi eddiel,

    I'm sorry that you're having trouble with your ExportPDF conversions. I have some questions that may help us get to the bottom of the problem:

    • How large is that Excel file? Is it complex (large, lots of different fonts, etc)?
    • Are you converting from within Reader or via the ExportPDF website?
    • What sort of Internet connection do you have? Could there be proxy or firewall settings that limit or prevent uploading files to the Internet?
    • Are you able to convert other files?
