Maybe you can also help me with my problem: my credit card has also been charched $46.61 per month Feb. 26,2017

for "Adobe Acropro Subs. How can You refund my money and What do we have to do to cancel this subscription as soon as possible? We do not want to be charged in the future, because we did not know it is going to be charged monthly. We do not need the service anymore. Is there any possibility you can help us?

    I have checked your account with the registered email address, but couldn't find any active subscription under it.

    As it is a billing concern and we would not be able to share the account details because of the security reasons.

    Would request you to Contact Customer Care , our billing team will go ahead and assist you for the same.
