Question

my document says its converted but I cannot open

I cannot open a document that says it was converted to a word document.  Is anyone experiencing problems with the program.

    Hi Joann Brancher,

    Are you trying to convert PDF online or using Desktop application?

    Do you get any error message when you try to open the converted file?

    Is it the issue with a particular file?

    Please let us know the exact workflow you to convert PDF to word format.

    Also share the OS installed on your system.
