My document will not convert.

I got this program to convert PDF's. I have not yet been able to convert a document. It goes through all the motions and then says:

Or it says there was an error in signing in, or it says it failed to convert. I have tried this over and over. Then I try to get some support and I only get this forum. It's like you buy their product and then they get their customers to do the tech support for them for free. I want to know how to get my money back. Seriously.
