My export pdf simply does not open when I press the tab. Can anyone help?
I cannot get my export pdf to open despite clicking the tab. It has just stopped working.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe ExportPDF service as when you click on the ExportPDF tab, nothing happens, Is that correct?
You can use the Adobe ExportPDF service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.
If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader DC and facing the issue, please "sign out and sign back in" with your Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader. And check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from Help>Check for updates.
