my export pdf subscription renewal is not allowing me access

I have renewed by export pdf plan but I cannot do anything as it says I need to subscribe but when I try to subscribe it says I cannot as I am already subscribed.  Help

Thanks Sara, it seemed to resolve itself after I logged out and logged back in again.

Hi joolz123,

I checked your account, and all is well there. Are you trying to log in via the web interface, or via Adobe Reader? If you're using Reader, please choose Help > Check for Updates and make sure that you have the most current version installed. If you're using the web interface, please clear the browser cache and then log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/export. (You may also want to try a different web browser—see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported growers).
