My ExportPDF subscription stopped working after 8 months

I am trying to convert pdf to word, but the screen of payment options appears. I've made the payment for 1 year in February/2014 and it was working good until now... What's happening?

Hi rafaoli,

I checked your account using the same email address that you use here in the forums, and I don't see any order history associated with that email address. But, I did find a second Adobe ID (email address) that looks like it may also be yours--so, it may be possible that you signed up using a different email address than the one you use here. (That one starts with an "M," if that rings a bell.)
