My ExportPDF will not export to CreatePDF, instead it asks me to subscribe to CreatePDF?

I am now unable to convert Word or Excel files to PDF.


When I request a conversion it now asks me to subscribe to CreatorPDF.


Why is this happening now as previously files were converted upon request.

    Hi johnb1942,

    ExportPDF and CreatePDF (or Adobe PDF Pack) are two different Acrobat.com online services. ExportPDF converts PDF files to Word or Excel format (and several others), while Adobe PDF Pack lets you convert files to PDF.

    I checked your account and see that you have an ExportPDF subscription. So, if you need to convert your Word or Excel files to PDF, you'd need either an Adobe PDF Pack subscription or an Acrobat subscription.
