My file is not converting

Hello~

I am trying to convert a PDF to a microsoft word.

It says "an error occured".

I have done it in the past.

Not sure what to do?

    Hi watslow,

    Is the error you're receiving, "An error occurred when trying to access the service"? If so, please try the following:

    • If you're trying to convert a file from within Reader, choose Help > Check for Updates to make sure that you're using the latest version (currently, version 11.0.09).
    • If you're using a browser, log out, clear the cache, and then log back in. You can also try using a different browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported browsers).
