My files and folders have disappeared off my acrobat.com account...are they gone forever? I have viewed them and organized them in the past with Adobe Reader for iPad.

After the most recent upgrade, I have mysteriously lost all folders and the vast majority of my files that were stored on acrobat.com while using Adobe Reader Mobile on my iPad.  I have searched for my files on Acrobat.com and Workspaces.  It seems that I have specifically lost files between the dates of March 2014 to August 2014.  Have they been moved or did the upgrade delete them.  If so, I think I should be refunded my recently renewed subscription....
