My files are now missing. Looked in the archive already. Anywhere else I can look?

I had several document on the cloud as of last night. This morning I logged in to continue editing and they are all GONE. I looked in the FAQ and the other forums and the only suggestion I could find that pertained to this was to look in the archive. I looked in the archive and that is empty as well. Never had docs disappear on any cloud I have used. Usually the opposite :-). Anybody else have this experience?
