My fill and sign document will not convert to Word doc

I am working on a document and need to send it to someone else to look at. I purchased the package where I can convert the doc to a Word doc. But every time I ask it to convert the doc, it takes me back to the pricing page. The pricing page says that I have already purchased the item. It will not let me convert this doc, please help!

Hi Hollyjones,

Sorry to hear about the trouble.

We have checked your account and found an active subscription of Adobe Export PDF.

1- Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat  Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.

4- For detailed description of how to use the Export PDF service, you may refer to- Using Adobe Export PDF 

I assume you are working on Adobe Acrobat DC? However, you should download Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and signed in using the correct email address.

You may refer to the following link for any troubleshooting: Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Let us know if it still doesn't work.

Thank you… but I am doing ALL those things and it still will not work… just keeps taking me to the pricing page.

If it is still not working, even after following all the steps suggested above. Then you may please share the screenshot of the application you are working on?

Also, the screenshot of next steps where its taking you for pricing page. Because we see an active subscription registered to your account.
