My flash website open very slow

Hi there,

I have download a flash template and with do some editing i created my website and after lots of efforts finally i uploaded my site on server because i am not expert in these things, but now i am having a problem, when i open my website on internet it's taking almost one minute to open but only first time if i open it again it comes with in second. someone please help me to sort out this issue.

I have already search about this issue on Google and get some ideas but they doesn't work.

here i am telling you what i did:

i created the editing with flash cs3 then publish the template and got three files html,swf and AC_RunActiveContent.

html and AC_RunActiveContent file size is 1.96 kb and 8.12 kb but the swf file size is 3.52 mb

I upload all 3 files on the server with the help of cute ftp

this is all i did. please if anyone know the solution than tell me and help me out.
