my new purchase, Adobe Acrobat Pro, is not downloading.  I have the installer up but nothing is happening

    Hi shaymuffie,

    Are you still having trouble downloading your Acrobat Pro XI software? Where does the process hang up? Is it during the download process, or when you run the installer? Also, are you downloading on Windows or Mac OS, and what browser are you using?

    I look forward to hearing back from you. We'll get to the bottom of this.
