my new subsription

Hi. I had a trial to convert pdf to word documents. During the trial I purchased the subscription. The trial has ended but I can't convert documents. Brings up a pop up screen that says Do more with arobate buy now or activate. When I activate it it still doesn't work. I have logged off and on

    Hi Kirstyb,

    On checking the details using the email id you are logged in with on the forums, you have subscribed to Adobe Export PDF.

    Please use the following link to download Adobe Reader on your computer: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

    Once installed, Launch Reader > log in > click Tools > Export PDF.

    You can export pdf using a web browser at this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf . Also, you can export pdf on your Android or iOS device using your Adobe export pdf subscription.

    Hmm, exactly what subscription did you buy? For example (please check), PDF Pack, ExportPDF, Acrobat Pro, Actibat Standard. And what is the app you are running - is it still the trial of Acrobat Pro?

    Did you buy a permanent license, or start a subscription? What exactly happens when you activate?

    Hi Thanks for replying. I bought a year subscription. When I attempt to activate it says:

    3 options

    1 I have purchased using my logon

    2.I have purchased using a different logon

    3. I have purchased with a serial number

    I select 1. It then tells me to sign in and out and it will fix the problem. I have done so but still doesn't work
