My open adobe file closed immediately when my mouse point movement every time, please help

All the time, in an open adobe file, after my mouse down to work on the file, as soon as my mouse up after completed a single process, the file closed immediately, so that I cannot save any task I have been done.  Any solutions, please help/

    Hi ntsai01,

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your PDF files. Are you viewing the PDF files in Reader or Acrobat (and what version?) Are you on Mac OS or Windows? Does the problem occur when a specific file, or with any PDF file that you have open?

    If the problem isn't specific to one file, it sounds like a repair/reinstall of Acrobat may be in order.

    Please let us know what software you're working with, and your operating system and we'll go from there.

    I solve the problem already. It just simple to pin the application on windows desktop "task bar" to prevent the adobe acrobat program disappeared.
