Is this on-line service a scam?

    Hi RPartner,

    I'm sorry that you're unable to convert your files. I would love to help figure out what's going on, but I need to know a bit more about the problem you're encountering.

    • Do you receive an error message? If so, please provide the exact error.
    • Are you repeatedly asked to purchase a subscription? If so, it could be that you just haven't logged in to the service yet.
    • Did you receive a verification email from Adobe, and follow the link in that email to verify your account?
    • Are you converting from within Reader or directly on the ExportPDF website?
    • What web browser are you using? (Please make sure that it's one of browsers listed here: http://www.adobe.com/acom/systemreqs/.)
    • How many files have you tried converting? Is the result the same with each?


    Lots of questions, I know! But it will help us get to the bottom of the problem.

    Sara,

    It’s working now. It took a long time (hours) after the verification email before my Reader acknowledged the license. Not good for a web software subscription which should be nearly instant.
