my pack was stolen after I paid for it online

I Paid for Adobe PDF pack online a month ago and when I called support, they informed me that the pack was stolen from my computer??? and now I have only the basic pack.

Adobe PDF Pack has been stolen, what does it means? Is it not working correctly?

I have checked your account, and found an active subscription of Adobe PDF Pack registered to it.

Which you can also check after login into your Adobe account, Login on Adobe>Manage Account>Plans & Products

As PDF Pack is an online service which you can access online from any device.

Also, you can install the desktop application Acrobat Reader DC and continue using it.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

You just need to "Sign In" with your Adobe ID under which you have the service registered.

Though Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions  you can download the Adobe Reader DC to access the same service.
