    What exactly means "stopped working"?

    Have you tried to Contact Customer Care ?

    Are you trying to convert your files from the web (at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf) or from Adobe Reader? If the latter, what version of Adobe Reader are you using? ExportPDF no longer works with older versions of Reader; you might need to download (free!) the latest version at get.adobe.com/reader/.
