I'm supposed to be paying yearly, why all of a sudden and I being charged monthly? Website not user firendly at all.

    Which adobe service subscription have you purchased?
    I would like to inform you that the Annual amount is blocked for billing on your credit card and you are billed at monthly basis for the same.

    Are you facing any particular issues while accessing or using website?
