My pdf document has been converted to a docx file 3 times but I highlighted the .doc option in the drop down box before sending it each time. Please help me to get it converted to a .doc word file.

That's an odd one! Please clear the browser cache and try converting again. If that fails, please try using a different browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported web browsers.)
