My PDF Export tool is not working.

What am I doing wrong? It keeps failing to convert.

Could you please let me know whether you are signed in at Acrobat.com or using Reader (what version).

Do you face this problem with every PDF file or some specific one?

If you are online, try clearing the browser cache and check again.

Let me know if you get any specific error message?

Certain times the tool works and other times it does not. I use the reader.

Hey Michael,

Could you please check and let me know what version of Adobe Reader are you using under "Help> About Adobe Reader XI"

The latest version of Reader is 11.0.10 so please choose 'Help> Check for Updates' to install and use the latest version.
