My pdf file cannot be converted in word doc. It is converted to photos in a word document. I need text!

As shared above, could you please elaborate it more that what does it means by the "Document converted to photos in a word doc"?

The pdf document that you initially start the conversion, does it contains real text or is it a scanned document?

If it is specific to one PDF, is it possible to share the PDF file with us so that we can test the same at our end?
