    Hi edaak,

I see that you have an ExportPDF subscription. Is that what you're having trouble with? When you try to use it, are you prompted to subscribe? If that's the case, it sounds like you just may not be signed in to the service. Please clear the browser cache, and try to log in directly to https://cloud.acrobat.com.

Please let us know how it goes.

Hi, I am not prompted to subscribe, it just says "Adobe PDF creation cannot continue because Acrobat is not Activated "

I currently have an account and I can log on but this does not seem to help. I also uninstalled the program and reinstalled it and still I get the same message when I try to print my document to a PDF. The document is a publisher form for which I have done many times in the past.

    Hi EdAAK,

Ah, you're using Acrobat and not one of the Acrobat online services. What version of Acrobat do you have, and what operating system are you on?

I found a knowledgebase article about this particular issue: Error "Adobe PDF creation cannot continue because Acrobat is not activated" | Acrobat

Please work through the solutions in that document, and let us know how it goes. If you're still having trouble, it'll be important to know what version of Acrobat/OS you're using.

    Best,

    Sara
