happened after I joined so I can convert to .doc.  It just creates a .prn file then nothing happens.  How do I fix this. Haven't found answers on the Internet.

Hi seattlesnow,

(I wish it would snow in Seattle!). I think the fact this issue cropped up after you subscribed to ExportPDF may be coincidental.

But, it sounds like your printer is printing "to file," rather than to a the printer (a .prn file is an output file). What are you printing to? Do you see an option in the Print dialog box referring to "Print to File"? If so, please deselect that and try printing again.

Best,

Sara

Well that did it.  I had to search a bit to find the check box... I wonder how it could possibly be accidentally checked?  Oh well, I guess it doesn't matter how it happened.  I really appreciate your help and response.

Hoping for Snow in Seattle!

Could you please tell me where to find the box to uncheck it? Thank you
