I need help ASAP. I cannot open ANY of my pdfs because my son tried to convert one pdf using a non-adobe website. The website turned ALL of my pdfs into their docs and when I uninstalled it, all my adobe pdfs went with it. Please help, I'm running a nonprofit. Suzanne

Hi JazzCloud,

As Pat said, it sounds like your file associations are confused. Please see this Windows Help document for instructions on how to reset the file association for PDF files: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/change-default-programs#1TC=windows-7

Best,

Sara

That sounds more like a file association problem; you need to fix your .pdf files to open with Adobe Reader, not Microsoft Word.

If you need help with that, tell us your operating system.

Hi Suzanne Cloud Tapper,

I will try my best to help you,

Please elaborate your issue and let me know that Which adobe product or service you were using before this problem occured?

Moreover, If your requirement is to 'open and read' pdf files then you can use our Free Adobe Reader software.
