Question
My subscription does not work, has not worked since my signup on 12/23 and I'd like a refund. How do I obtain this, please? I have an order number.
It's rather difficult to obtain an answer for this. I cannot contact Adobe in any other way I can find.
I was told, in one of these forums, by S. Forsberg, that my account was still in process. I have not been able to use it and have not heard anything else from Adobe since 12/23.
I'd like to cancel and get credited. Can I address this issue with an Adobe staffer directly?
