My subscription for Export PDF has been renewed automatically and debited from my account but it is still asking for payment when I sign in?

Has anyone else had this issue? If so how long before it was resolved as its impossible to contact adobe directly and I require the service asap.

Please make sure that you're signing in with the correct Adobe ID/email address. I looked up your account using the email address that you use here in the forums, and there are no subscriptions tied to that address.
