My subscription is not working-I purchased it in September. I only get the subscribe screen, no login screen.

I always get the "subscribe screen". I have a Dell Laptop with Windows 7 and I use Chrome as my browser.

Hi lhweiss,

Please clear the browser cache and then try logging on directly to https://cloud.acrobat.com. You may also want to try a different web browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported browsers).
