My word docs switch from PDF to word and shouldn't. Help?

@11215354 I accept a PDF or want to send one it changes to a word document. Don't want it to want to send PDF's

    Hi harrym26437240,

    PDFs shouldn't automatically change to Word documents, so it sounds like there may be some file association confusion with your operating system. If you let us know what operating system you're using, I can point you to some instructions for updating the file associations, so that PDFs are associated with Acrobat, rather than Word.
