não consigo salvar um documento on line, aparece que não estou conectado à internet, mas estou conectado

De uns dias para ca, quando eu salvo um documento em PDF, e tento mandar salvar na nuvem, recebo uma informação que não estou conectado, e não salva. Mas estou conectada.

    Hey Lediac,

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    When you say that you were unable to save the file to the cloud and got the error that not connected to the internet. Then, were you trying to save the document to the "Cloud" or "Document Cloud" ?

    You may try the following-

    • Sign Out and Sign In back to the desktop application once.
    • Check if you have any antivirus software, then disable it for a while.

    [Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install or activate other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done.]
