Ned help getting cloud services account

When I open Adobe Acrobat at the bottom it says i am ready for a free upgrade to cloud services but when I click the link it goes to a webpage that says error. How do I sign up for a cloud membership with Adobe?​Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
