Need adobe to read a kobo installation

wheni go to read a book in kobo it tells me I need to open adobe. Itis open. What do I soot get the book

    What do you mean by "adobe"?  Adobe has literally hundreds of different software products; each with a distinct name.  You need to tell us what software you want to open.

    Hi 1957wendy,

    I'm not super familiar with kobo--are you using a kobo device to open a PDF? If so, have you checked the online Help at kobo.com? What you describe sounds like an issue with kobo, not with Acrobat.com. I wish I could be more helpful...
