I am currently using Adobe Acrobat Reader XI and every time I click to open an PDF document from a website I get a pop up message from Adobe Acrobat; " Before proceeding you must first launch Adobe Acrobat and accept the end user license agreement" and the webpage I am viewing goes blank. It is not allowing to download or read the PDF document.

    Hi,

The PDF document which you are trying to open doesn't have Extend Features in Adobe Reader, try to open the document in Adobe Acrobat pro and apply Extend Features which is available in advance tab.
