You can actually grab your own receipt from your Adobe account. Please see this document for instructions:  Manage your membership and payments | Creative Cloud. You'll find the instructions that you need in the Payment & Credit Card section.

This is a very confusing way of handling payment. Invoices are not receipts, and to have an invoice that serves as both the invoice and receipt (which doesn't even show payment was made) is confusing. At least call it Invoice/Receipt.
