need to redownload

I just brought the monthly adobe version $9.99/mth. I was able to convert several files to pfd, but when I came back this eventing the conversion does not work, it just times out.

I did however have to uninstall a number of programs that came in with your download, e.g. AOL toolbar, .....

How do I redownload ?

Please let me know what software did you download? Are you referring to Acrobat software or Acrobat.com service?

Acrobat.com desktop app is discontinued. Try logging on to https://files.acrobat.com/ and check.
