I must have shortened my life expectancy by 5 years in an attempt to speak to someone that can provide real support at  Adobe Acrobat. Apart from the normal superficial box ticker types reading their responses from their computer screen you have no chance, no matter what who says on here. I regret having ever become involved with Adobe but for now, I don't seem to have a choice.

Hi Marina14, sorry to say I can't help you either, I've been trying to get help from Adobe for months and it seems once they have your money you no longer matter, i've come to the conclusion Adobe only have one employee and all his/her time is taken up devising complicated auto reply systems which result in dead ends. R.I.P Adobe

I have been on hold for over an hour waiting for a specialist to tell me why my Lightroom doesn't have the same options as the tutorials on YouTube...seems like a simple question. Do I have a different version, wrong download?? In any case I will NOT be renewing my account in February, $128 a year is to much to pay to someone that ignores you and gives you absolutely no support! That may not be much money to Adobe...but for a small business it's a different story.

The number I called (800)833-6687 doesn't seem to let you talk to anyone
