Thanks for your response. This didn't work for me, under what subtitle from the top-drop down menu is Acrobat.com? Then tried a search of the website. I said in the "my information" section follow a procedure. I am yet to find "my information" section.

Any suggestions?

Hi Donald,

I see that you used the credit card to purchase an ExportPDF subscription. To remove credit card details for a card associated with a subscription, it's necessary to Contact Customer Care. Choose Acrobat.com from the top drop-down menu, then choose Membership, Account, and, Payments. Click the blue "Still Need Help"? button at the bottom of the window to find both phone and chat options.
