Question
new account getting 404 errors
Opened a new account for Export PDF, nothing works. Using either Reader to export or direct opening in Chrome or IE, both generating errors.
//cloud.acrobat.com/ is giving me 404 errors and a blank screen
Reader (11.0.09) allows me to login, select a PDF file, but pressing Convert button results in "An error occurred while trying to access the service.
I don't know how I'm supposed to debug these situations.
