New Acrobat Subscription Blocked by Trial Expired Screen

My 30-day trial to Acrobat expired. I followed the protocols and bought a $29.95 mo subscription. I the downloaded acrobat and hit launch. That brings me back to the Trial Expired screen, and there's no way I can open Acrobat. How can I get out of the vicious circle? thanks.

On the trial expired screen, enter your Adobe ID and password and it should recognise the subscription linked to you Adobe ID and launch fine.
