New Formscentral user need urgent help

Hi,

I purchased Formscentral earlier today and got the welcome message from Adobe.  A form I had created earlier using Adobe Acrobat is showing in the list of forms, but the features for distribution and response management are not enabled.  Support is off until Monday and I need to get this form up and running over the weekend.
