I purchased Acrobat Pro XI and need to activate on a new computer.  The old PC is out of service.  Can anyone help with activation?

Please Contact Customer Care. A Customer Care agent can help you deactivate the copy of Acrobat on your older computer and help get you set up on the new one as well.
