New release of Reader

When I returned from vacation, I had to download the latest Acrobat Reader update, now called Acrobat Reader DC, when I download my bank state into my document folder, the pages are blank. What amy I doing wrong.  I've used this s/w for years and have never had a problem

    Let me know if you opening the bank statement in Acrobat Reader DC or in the web browser?

    Please let me know the exact dot version of Acrobat Reader DC & Operating System installed on your computer?
