New User Can't Download

I am a new user and have figured out to convert and combine files in PDFPak, but am unable to download anything to my computer.  I get an error message telling me that Internet Exploer blocked downloads from this site.  What can I do to resolve this issue.

    Hi patcolin,

    You may try to use different browser like Google chrome or Mozilla firefox.

    And you can try again to download the file and let me know the result.

    Ajlan,

    Thank you for your reply. I think I signed up just as they were

    discontinuing the desktop app. Once I updated my Reader to the latest

    version, everything was where it should be and is working fine.
