no menu bar when opening Adobe Professional X

Everytime I open Adobe Pro X there is no menu bar

    We've seen this issue occur when Kaspersky anti-virus is installed on the same computer. There is a Kaspersky patch that resolves the issue (version 2015 15.0.1.415).

    If you don't have Kaspersky installed let us know, and we'll take it from there.

    No that is not the anti-virus we are running.

    OK, then! There are a number of other possible solutions listed in this thread: Case of the disappearing Acrobat X Pro Toolbars, including simply pressing F8 to make the menu bar reappear, and setting various preferences. Are you on Mac OS or Windows, and what version?
