No mobile link in Polish version of Acrobat DC

In Acrobat Pro DC and Acrobat Reader DC on Mac I have no mobile link icon next to login name.

Mobile link switch on/off at window bottom is missing too.

I'm logged to CC account.

Whats wrong?

I have full subsrciption of Creative Cloud.

On iPad an iPhone Acrobat app mobilelink is ok.

On Windows Acrobat Reader, too.

But Windows Acrobat Pro - same issue... no mobile link option.
