No option to cancel trial

Question

Hello, could someone from Adobe please cancel my trial. It ends today and I have followed the instructions on multiple attempts on different days and I do not have an option to do so. It says I have no paid plans and therefore can't cancel it.
I expect I won't be charged given there's no way for me to cancel. See photo attached. Please reply asap.
