no permission to copy book

Hi, I keep getting the above error when I try to copy the library book from adobe into my nook.  Not sure why this is happening?  Any help is appreciated!

    Sorry, I replied to the email and not this post.  Thank you, I am no longer facing the issue.  I just had to completely log out and then log back in and everything worked as it should have.  Thank you for trying to help!

    What are your steps to copy the book.
